In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "sr666", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the sr666 platform at sr666.bet and all associated services, products, and sub-domains.
• "Platform" means the sr666 website, mobile-optimised interface, applications, and all associated tools, features, and services accessible via sr666.bet.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the sr666 Platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and player data.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an Account on the sr666 Platform and uses any of the services made available therein.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds deposited by the Player into their sr666 Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means any funds credited to the Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by the Player using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on any game, event, or market available on the sr666 Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by sr666 before processing withdrawals or upon account review, including the provision of CNIC or other identification documentation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all transactions on the sr666 Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the sr666 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the sr666 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sr666. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you and that you are not subject to any legal prohibition on accessing online gambling services.

sr666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, sr666 will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on sr666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sr666 strictly enforces this age restriction and will verify player age as part of the KYC process. Underage gambling is a serious issue — any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must hold only one (1) Account on the sr666 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, or device is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of sr666 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or organisation in using the sr666 Platform.

sr666 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion without stating reasons, subject to refunding any real money balance in accordance with applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sr666 Account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered device. You agree to:

• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
• Use a strong, unique password for your sr666 Account that is not used on any other service.
• Notify sr666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to use your Account or place bets on your behalf.

sr666 implements 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP-verified login for new devices, and session monitoring as technical security measures. However, sr666 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security in accordance with these obligations.

All transactions conducted through your Account while you are logged in are deemed to be authorised by you. If sr666 has no knowledge of a security breach at the time a transaction is processed, it will not be reversed solely on the basis that the Account was accessed without your authority.

All financial transactions on the sr666 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sr666 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers (such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own charges independently of sr666.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the sr666 payment page and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within seconds of the mobile wallet transaction being completed. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast) are processed as quickly as the banking infrastructure permits, typically within 5–60 minutes during operating hours.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has been used to deposit funds into your Account within the current account period, unless otherwise approved by sr666 following KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 PKT on banking days are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next banking day.

sr666 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the original payment source where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or terms violation. Deposits made using payment methods not registered to the Account holder's own identity will not be accepted and will be returned.

Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are accepted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. sr666 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.

All bets and wagers placed on the sr666 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets accepted before an event or game commences are final once confirmed by the Platform, except where expressly noted in product-specific rules (for example, where a cricket match is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for settlement).
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds at the time of bet placement and the correct odds arising from a technical error, sr666 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your Account.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to system availability. sr666 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets during any event.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for all markets are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted by sr666 without prior notice.
• PSL and international cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC). sr666's decision on settlement is final and binding.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedure. All game providers on the sr666 Platform are subject to independent auditing of their RNG and fair play certifications.

sr666 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors. If such activity is confirmed, the relevant bets will be voided and the Account may be permanently closed.

sr666 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds eligibility, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• sr666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to cancellation will retain their bonus entitlement for the original stated duration, subject to these Terms.
• Any Player found to have opened multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonus promotions (bonus abuse) will have all associated bonuses voided and accounts closed, with any real money balance reviewed for legitimate origin before release.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sr666 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances where the violation is confirmed:

• Registration of multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of exploiting promotions or circumventing account restrictions.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the sr666 Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit live casino dealer behaviour.
• Match-fixing or participation in any scheme intended to predetermine the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Use of the sr666 Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity in violation of anti-money laundering legislation.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise accessing the sr666 Platform's data, odds, or infrastructure for commercial purposes without express written consent.
• Sharing Account access with any third party or allowing any third party to conduct betting activity through your Account.
• Placing bets while subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or other responsible gaming restriction imposed by sr666.

sr666 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. The company cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally where criminal activity is suspected.

All content on the sr666 Platform — including but not limited to the sr666 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, betting interface design, software, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of sr666 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sr666 Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any sr666 content without express written authorisation.
• Use the sr666 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context — online or offline — without prior written consent from sr666.
• Frame, mirror, or embed sr666 Platform pages in any third-party website or application.
• Sell, sublicence, or otherwise commercially exploit access to or content from the sr666 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of sr666's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

sr666 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all Account holders to support safe gambling practices:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your sr666 Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a specified period before being temporarily locked out of wagering.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a minimum period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the sr666 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement arising from third-party data feed failures.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sr666's liability for death or personal injury arising from its proven negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited under applicable law.

The sr666 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sr666 makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

sr666 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Your personal information — including your CNIC details, mobile number, address, and financial transaction data — is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws. sr666 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

sr666 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, payment processors, and responsible gaming organisations where required by law or where there is a legitimate operational need. All such sharing is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

sr666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made:

• The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
• For material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — sr666 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered account address.
• Your continued use of the sr666 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date and request closure of your Account, which will be processed subject to any pending wagers being settled.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr666 holds its international gaming operating licence. The application of private international law rules that would require the application of a different body of law is excluded.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the sr666 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, sr666 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any threatened or actual violation of sr666's intellectual property rights or confidential information obligations.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable to you as a resident of Pakistan.
